Friendly. Helpful. They had a better selection of DVDr/DVDrw, and USB flash drives in stock, then other Best Buy stores.

My first time to step inside and it is the same as others with standardized layout and product.

However, the difference is that I have been asked a few times whether I need help. That is the best service I have experienced at BestBuy around town. People are left freely trying product, yet they are ready to offer assistance when they see one. I like this pressure free shipping experience.

Solenoid the shelves are out of stock probably due to Christmas shopping, but overall, it is still clean and in order. I don’t see open box sales shelve today, I guess either all sold out or not at this beach. Either way is fine with me, I have never purchased open box anyways.

They have a parking lot that is convenient for shoppers especially in LA where everywhere else wants money for parking. This is nice.

I still like BestBuy after 20+ years, still standing strong with the same spirit despite the popularity of e-commerce and the death of Circuit City.

Got to see my next shopping, Surface Studio Laptop, hopefully on sale soon.

Atrocious customer service. Call about a specific iPad case and the person over the phone refuses to even set it aside for me so I can physically look at it before deciding that I want to purchase it; insane considering I was 5 minutes away from the store (and told them this). They told me to pay for an invoice they created so they can set it aside, and, of course, I look at the invoice and its not even what I was asking for.

They tell me to look up another model they store and before I even get a chance to look at it they're already asking to create an invoice and for payment so they can set it aside. Again not the was it was asking for. Finally on the third model they get it right but again want me to pay before I even see it.

Their whole excuse was that ALL THREE of these separate iPad cases were "in high demand" and people were waiting to buy them. Funny enough, I check a few hours later and they are all still in stock on the store's web page. Apple, Target, Verizon; any store that sells tech would be willing to set one aside for you without trying to shake you down for your money like this Best Buy.
