I have never left reviews before. But I had an unpleasant experience with this store. I ordered a TV online, it was an open box in excellent condition (which was listed on the Best Buy website as including the original box and all accessories). I drove 34 miles, and with traffic, it took over an hour to get to the store. The customer service employees (a woman and a young man) tried to give me the TV without the box and accessories, and it was not in the best condition. I do not recommend this store as I wasted a lot of time and did not get what I purchased!
Update: I contacted support and they resolved the issue, and I got my TV.
Joe and Daniel went way, way above and beyond for me to make sure I got the TV I wanted even though I messed up when doing my credit card application before I got to the store. I came here specifically for an open box and drove 45 minutes on a Friday night just to find out I wntered the wrong birthdate. They were on the phone with support to help me and got the situation remedied so that I could buy that night before the flash sale ended. They were both very knowledgeable and diligent about that process and how to fix it. They also clearly knew their product well and were organized with knowing their available stock, where it was and the policies that applied to them.
I seriously cannot thank them enough. There are no words. I can only say that I will be back when I want that soundbar.
To address aome of the lower star reviews below: Joe greeted me the moment I came on as well as everyone in front of me and behind me, and immediately got someone to ahow me the TV I had found on the app. It was open box but it was in excellent condition as claimed and still in the box. Joe was constantly on the mic helping employees across the store with questions while Daniel was handling the details of the sale and also helping guests that approached with questions. All of this while saving my bacon. The store is very clean - my puppy was looking for something to eat constantly and coming up short. Pay attention to which reviews you trust - the local guides with actual review histories all rate this place at least 4 stars.
I recommend this store wholeheartedly.
