Purchased aTv stand was delayed 2 times. Shows up with damage. Had to pay for the return. The coffee machine never made it due to a third party company used. Call the third party company (Roadie)never showed up & returned the item to Best Buy. Called the company, Was on hold 2 hours . Called Best Buy rep said you can pick it up. Upon hanging up I received an email for the refund was in process. Chatted with another rep at Best Buy as I had to pay for return with ups after getting a return label provided by Best Buy. The item would not fit in a car. The rep said let me help.(Kira) we will refund you for the rerun. Your refund will be processed and that is up to your bank can be a billing cycle.This was the help. A simple, sorry for the mistake and how can we make it better? Offer some options. Offer to ship another upon return of the other? Offer to have the delivery asap. Offer a replacement. How about a discount for all the issues encounter
