This location has a very limited selection of appliances to experience in person.
Sales guy was helpful and was able to show us another refrigerator that had some similar features so we could see how they looked.
Been on the hunt for a new TV for a few months now.. Harris literally answered every question from OLED, QLED c3/c3 neo 4k, size and other qualities that had me stumped at Costco, Walmart, and online shopping!
We chose the 77” LG OLED C3 version tv because the quality, the blacks and vibrant colors that the display provides… in fact we actually bought the last one and had to pick it up from Tustin.
I was so excited because this was a patient and educated decision that cost over $2400.
Harris provided the best customer service and his knowledge is ridiculous!
I picked up my tv today and plugged it in to be so bummed that I got a defective tv!!
There are lines in the pixels in the display so I need to call Best Buy tomorrow and exhaust my options..
I will keep everyone posted, I’m just glad my membership provides 60 days rather than 14 days!!
