Don’t even attempt to do curb side. No one will show up after you check in and no one will answer the phone when you call. Multiple experiences like this. I recommend the Citrus Heights store if you’re looking for good service.

I called in today and one of the male representatives was an absolute snob, I did not like his attitude at all. I called in for a charger for my laptop. And because I was annoyed by his sarcastic remarks, he then asked me if I wanted him to text me an order because he said since he put in some work in trying to assist me (in so many words), but his attitude turned me away. So I told him no that's ok and I hung up. He text me an order text anyway and an email. I wish I would order anything that I know would benefit him. I deleted his text messages and blocked his emails. What a horrible experience. It doesn't matter if you work for the largest company in the world, if they don't have the right people with the right and professional attitude then the company or the location where the company exist can risk bad ruputations.

My favorite store. Very helpful and respectful workers. I've been going here ever since I could remember. I get all of my electronics here. The price match is also very useful
