One of the employees was very rude, when it was closing time, he was forcing me out and getting on me about it, while I was talking on the phone. Then when I turned back to look at him, he said "what are you looking at" to me, I don't know what his name is but he's skinny, light skinned and black curly hair, with acne on his face.
Not to mention that he was raising his voice at me
I bought a flip 6 here recently and they told me I can return it and get a different phone for an addition price and it it easy , they made me drive back 5 days in a row , and I’m not kidding when I says this I wasted gas each day driving across town, for them to tell me different things every time we go , the workers make up their own rules and told us we couldn’t change it and other workers told us we can , once we were in the process , each worker told us different thing and made it really complicated to switch it , never coming back to this store again.
I did end up switching the phone to an iPhone , but the fact that they made me go 5 days in a row and then they said I could was what made the experience bad. I also don’t have social media so there is no way I can contact.
