They have really good electronics that I want to purchase but no employees available to open up the display cases. Been standing here waiting for well over 15 minutes. Maybe I’ll give them 5 more minutes

I needed to upgrade my iPhone and visited to get information about the newer models. I had many questions and was unsure which would be the best phone for me. Drew was very patient in answering my numerous questions and explained the newer features and the differences between the models. When I returned next day to make the purchase, he had been assigned elsewhere, so he connected me with Aaliyah. She was wonderful, kind, pleasant and patient. She completed the purchase and transferred the info from my old phone and applied the screen protector. I was pleased with the service received. Incidentally, I had gone by the Apple store to look at their phone cases and noticed that the same phone was $30 cheaper. However, I stuck with Best Buy as I felt that I would get a more personalized and higher level of customer service. This was yet another positive purchase experience for me at the Arden store. Thank you all!

Attention for all buyers for Best Buy in Arden Sacramento I buy a upright freezer 1 September 2023 so one year now and I have one year warranty from the manufacture and I buy 3 years warranty I talk with the store manager about refund and they don’t wanna give me my money back they say we’re gonna give you a store credit to get stock with Best Buy to buy something from them again and I don’t wanna buy from them nothing because all the upfreezer more expensive than Home Depot not even that I told them about the exchange then I paid the difference and they say you need to pay the warranty again / like u see guys all my food spoilage
