I will never go to this location again the manager with the black beard and Geek Squad were terrible. I will save all the typing to explain the issue. They just lost my business with them.

The staff is super friendly and ready to help. If you buy anything expensive spend a little extra and get the protection plan. I had to learn the hard way trying to save money.

I purchased a computer, and waited for it to arrive. Then I took it in to have it set up. It seems like I could have been told more about the process of installation. And when I called service which I thought I'd call that location apparently it's a number that goes to a call center and they wanted to charge me to help me resolve a problem on a brand new computer. So I hung up and I drove over to the local location. And they helped me resolve the problem with no charge. I made a couple of trips over to the store and finally got all my issues resolved. New computer and new software defaults that had been set that didn't work for me
