It's ok I guess... There really isn't anything there that I can't just have delivered straight to my house from Amazon... And I'm really getting tired of places like Best buy and Walmart checking my receipts at the door... So if they end up closing I won't really care all that much.... Not like Walmart will ever close down all the brick and mortar stores... But one can dream...

I bought an Apple iMac and iPad Pro about 3 weeks ago and went to Best Buy to find out about an App to install on them. Star and Richard were very helpful in my decision making. Since I am old and not very knowledgeable concerning our technical age, I was very pleased with their expertise and guidance throughout the process. They were very patient and helpful and made me feel that I can come back for any help I may need.

Not a customer service person in sight. Many of staff and or members of sections roam around looking to get out of helping customers and more about hiding in corners or carrying clipboards trying to avoid interactions. By far one of the worst best buys I ever visited.
