They are very thorough and very helpful with selling and returns. It would be nice if they were actually a little more informed about some of the products they sell… At times I think they are embellishing because they can't answer all questions

Great customer service and sales associates are not pushy. They're informative and will offer other items but won't push to make you buy them.

This place is managed poorly. No customer service. Came in looking to buy a new flatscreen TV and surround sound system. No one came to help. We were there for almost 30 minutes. Most of the staff were hanging around just talking to each other. No attempt at any eye contact at all. The person in the front mind as well have been on a break. I was really surprised how poor the customer service was at this location.
