how u gonna cancel my order day it was supposed to get there? i would’ve been fine with waiting a few more days but to cancel it instead really annoyed me. now i have to wait days to get my refund so i can buy it from amazon instead. smh. ruined my day

I purchase a item, the item didn't work, I was told by a supervisor at Best Buy they couldn't refund me my money, I will never ever spend my money ($100.00) at Best Buy ever again. That is so unfair, if you buy a product and it don't work they don't refund your. I will NEVER spend move at Best Buy
