The after looks a little grey but that’s just because it was right after the treatment and still wet and rippled. I’m writing this while it dries because I’m so happy with the service itself and their customer service in general. I highly recommend this company. The service guy was super nice, very fast, wearing a mask, lugged all the fancy equipment up my steps, and was done in under 40min. My area rug is approx 9x12. The price was reasonable. I left a message and received a reply the same day and an appointment within two days. Absolutely will use this company again.

Sergio was awesome! Helped me clean the mattress and it feels extra clean now. Tried to clean rugs, and he helped me move furniture to do so, but unfortunately we didn’t have enough room. They offer pickup services for those who are interested and can bring the rug back in a week. With service like Sergio’s, I’ll definitely be back - everything was on point, from making an appt to moving furniture to clean mattress!
