Real bad customer service here. I bought 5 packages of Juul Pods from this place, and 4 of them tasted unusual. Like plastic or tires. I tried to exchange them and the owner called me a liar, refused my refund, and wouldn't even look at the defective pods. He also told me "you're not even one of my regular customers." I got on the phone with Juul customer service, and they found that these pods were super old and had been in storage for a long time. I also suggested that he give me an exchange and get a rebate from the manufacturer, but he just told me to get out. Not a trustworthy place.

Good prices, good people. The family-owned vibe is perfect, and once they were out of my favorite incense and just from small-talking about it the owner said he'd order more if I like it and next time I went in there was a full case
