I bought this beautiful silk dress for a holiday work party. First time trying it on my kids manage to get their oily fingers on it and left a huge stain. I was very upset. I tried the cornstarch trick for 24 hrs and it did nothing. I brought it to best cleaners with little hope that they would get it out but they did!!! My dress is perfect and I could not be any happier!!

Best cleaners was easily the worst experience I have ever had with dry cleaning/alterations. I had to get three patches sewn on my military uniforms, so I gave them instructions and photos of what had to be done. They made a mistake that was easily fixable and made a big deal that I wanted my stuff done correctly, and told me I did not give them the proper instruction to which I responded the photos is sent you were clearly different. The manager asked me if I had a problem with him like he wanted to fight me to which I responded, "No I do not, I just want my stuff done correctly." The total to sew 3 patches on came out to $107 when I supplied everything and I have had the exact same items sewn on for around $25. When I took my uniform home to inspect it, it still had lint on it even though I paid for it to be cleaned as well. Bottom line, Best Cleaners is run by a rude man and they do not do their job very well and then charge you outlandishly for it.

Came into Best Cleaners to get a quote to have a new set of drapes pressed since they arrived creased from the packaging and shipping. I was so pleased with the customer service; explaining what could be done and expectations of the finished job. Unbeknownst to them I had gone up the street earlier and received a quote I found shockingly high from another dry cleaner. The quote I got from Best Cleaners was half the amount of the other business. So happy I came to Best Cleaners, not only are they fairly priced, their work and customer service is impeccable.
