It was fantastic when a prominent HVAC service sent both an email and a text before Preston, their technician, arrived. They even provided a photo of Preston, which made me feel comfortable about who would be checking our air conditioning system. Preston was approachable, composed, professional, and attentively listened to all my worries while examining our AC system. He promptly identified the issue with our AC system, and now we can finally relish the cool air, unlike the hot air we were experiencing. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Their customer service was also commendable. The representative was highly responsive and ensured to schedule the soonest available appointment for me. It's great to back local businesses in Los Angeles. I'll undoubtedly reach out to them for any future AC needs!

We've had 45 units of centralized AC successfully serviced by this excellent company, Best Cooling & Heating. In fact, it was our office mates here in Los Angeles who first introduced us. Their support was timely and their technicians, particularly Preston and Bryson, were not only technically skilled but also professional and responsive. We would definitely recommend them for future needs.

Had a great experience in the past with a company that repaired our old heating unit that had obsolete parts, so we decided to consult the same company about furnace replacement when the time came. Bryson, from this company, evaluated the heating and cooling needs of our Victorian house in Los Angeles and offered us a variety of choices for high-efficiency gas furnaces, heat pumps and a/c units. He was always ready to answer any query, big or small, and suggested reasonable and cost-effective alternatives. As a result, we signed a contract with the company for the installation of a new system and are excited for the completion of the installation. At this point in our business relationship, we highly recommend this company and Bryson.
