i was delighted when Best Custom Home Service in Canoga Park couldn't give a quote for a home remodeling product that wasn't in their system, even with the price clearly marked on the label. They graciously let me know that at that time, I couldn't go ahead with the purchase. It appeared they were waiting for the specific expertise of a certain team member, perhaps kyle or thomas, to incorporate it into their system. This commitment to precision and fairness is praiseworthy. An absolutely amazing experience in Canoga Park!
