Bailey from Best Garage Door Company just left. I filled out an online inquiry this morning (Sunday), got a response shortly after, and we got an appointment scheduled for TODAY! That's remarkable. Bailey was wonderful - no hard sell, he troubleshot our LiftMaster, rails, springs, coils etc. He actually saw that our sensors had been knocked out of alignment and then adjusted it. He suggested, at some point we should consider replacing our current spring etc but in no way did he try to 'scare' us - we felt he was honest and very genuine. He was patient; openly explaining his rationale.
We will definitely do business with this company!
