jaime, from best lacey doors & gates repair, is a top-notch garage door installer. his integrity and skills stand out. much appreciation for his help in addressing my garage door issues with a fresh door opener. everything has worked out flawlessly. i would absolutely have jaime service my garage door again and would strongly suggest him to other customers in lacey!

We called this place out to fix a small problem with our garage door. They have time immediately to come out and give us a "free quote" and had the time to do the work if we needed it quickly. The gentleman was at our house within a half hour after I showed him the issue with a cable being detached from our garage door. He quoted me a price of $450 to fix it. I asked him how long did he think that would take and he said probably around 20 to 40 minutes unless he had to replace parts then it would be longer and of course a lot more expensive, his words. At that point I thank him for his time and told him I would get back to him. He absolutely refused to leave the house until I allowed him to call his manager to try to lower the price. In response to my second or third request for him to leave. He pulled the phone out and called his manager, which results in a price drop to $200. I was trying to be polite so once again asked for his card and asked him to leave which he still refused to do. When My godmother realized this young man was refusing to leave, she was so worried she actually released our dog , which started growling, and it actually wotked in getting him out of the house. I can see clearly that this company is brand new with two different profiles. One for Lacey and one for Olympia. Having different addresses. Both of them have less than 10 five star reviews from fake accounts all having less than one review. This is a warning to anyone calling this place. Please be aware I do not believe a gentleman was dangerous but we came very close to calling the police.
