My first dealing with this store was about 2 years ago, roughly January 2010, when I had a 6 week old and brand new to cloth. I was using those terrible Gerber birdseye prefolds and my baby was soaking through in less than 30 minutes. At my wits end, I called the store for help. Instead of getting any help, like suggesting to throw those things away and get real prefolds, the woman who answered the phone told me to 'change her more often.' More often than 30 minutes? Uh, ok. Jump ahead to November 2011. I needed a Snappi and didn't want to wait for shipping from the store I usually purchase things from online. The girl who was working was not a regular employee, she informed us she was just filling in and was completely unable to answer any questions about when or if they would be getting the new prints in of a brand they already carried. I was told to either call or come back when someone that knew anything would be there. A few weeks ago, I began researching car seats and found that they carried the RadianRXT. Their website is absolutely no help--it only shows pictures of what they carry and nothing indicating if those items are actually in stock--and there weren't any pictures showing the car seat. So it doesn't even have pictures of everything they carry. Since it was after hours, I sent an email using the contact form on their own website asking if they did indeed carry the seat and if it was in stock and which colors they had. I still haven't heard from them. I will never go into this store again. I have dealt with them three times and each time it has been an absolute waste of my time--although I did manage to leave the second time with a Snappi--and the last time I wasn't even graced with an answer. I'll drive 3 hours to Vancouver to the Cottonbabies store before I go here again.
