Maybe not the BEST nail salon around.
I had hopes that this would be my next go-to salon, but the customer service was atrocious.
I called 3 days ahead right after i made the appointment in order to ask a question about if they would be able to do a certain design. Called several times, never got an answer. Left a voicemail. Never got a call back.
We showed up to the appointment a little early and was asked to wait and then disregarded until she got to us. When she was ready, she asked what color, my teen tried showing her the design and she said they dont do that here. Would have been nice to know beforehand. We chose a substitute. Solid color with highlight nails.
When she started she had her companion grab a color, but i didn't see the main color. I asked about it 3x before she snapped that she knew what my teen wanted and she doesn't need the color right now. I said sorry, I'm not trying to tell you how to do your job, but you were ignoring me.
She went on to have a nice pleasant conversation with my teen, but cut their cuticle and then poured alcohol on the wound, but we're glad she did cause the back side of those tools looked rusty.
She was honestly low key hostile to me every time we spoke so i stopped speaking. This only changed when she finished and realized that I was fronting the bill. Still never apologized, though.
The nails are pretty close to what we asked for and they're straight, but we will not be returning.
Response: I'm sorry you didn't get my voicemail at the number when the answering machine says "Best Nails" Perhaps you should check your equipment. We left the car at 5:15, so 5:10 is a lie. And comment on tools was shared from my teen. As stated before, we are not unhappy with the nails themselves, they were not the issue.
