I called them to check my Kenmore washer since it wasn't working. When I called and asked for the brand, they told me upfront that they didn't service Kenmore brand and recommended me to Smith Brothers (which by the way were great). I appreciated that they were upfront about it and even recommended me to another place when they didn't have to. I would give them a call next time I need an appliance repair they are able to service.

Had an issue with my dryer & I called up Best Price because of the 5 star reviews. Tom the tech came out disassembled, diagnosed, fixed & reassembled the dryer efficiently within an hour at a reasonable price. Job well done.
