The best company I have ever used! Maya is so sweet and personable. She goes above and beyond to make sure the needs of her customers are taken care of and keeps you updated on where your driver is every step of the way. My driver was Mr. Gomez, the first time that I used Best Taxi and now I request him each and every time! Their vehicles are spotless they are always on time, and the drivers are very safe. Maya and Mr. Gomez makes me feel more like family than a customer. I can not recommend them more highly!

I would classify the experience we recently had closer to a chauffeured limo service than a taxi service. The owners Catarino (Mr. Gomez) & Maya take care of every detail. They genuinely care about their clients & providing a good experience. Catarino picked us up at my home in Bakersfield & drove us to San Diego getting us to our departing international flight on time. One week later he was right there waiting to pick us up & drive us back home to Bakersfield. His vehicles are so clean & comfortable. We were all so tired from our travel that it was nice to be able to sleep most of the 4+ hours home while Catarino took care of getting us home safe. The wife and I are already planning a outing to our costal wine country & we'll be calling Best Taxi to get us there & back. Highly recommend. Thank you Catarino & Maya.

Best Taxi Service was recommended to us. Mr. Gomez was punctual, professional and the cab was immaculate. I would highly recommend. I’ll definitely be contacting them on my next visit to Bakersfield.
