the roofer went above and beyond on two separate occasions. we experienced a severe wind storm that resulted in damage to our gutter and lost shingles, leading to a water leak on the roof. the roofer was on site the same day and immediately carried out the necessary repairs. initially, i was concerned that i would need to file a claim to replace the entire roof. however, the roofer reassured me that there was still life left in our roof and only a spot repair was required, especially considering our home is still relatively new. this was a stark contrast to the experiences we had with two other roofing companies that were persistently encouraging us to file a claim. i will definitely be relying on this roofer for all my future roof repair needs. their prices are fair and the service is dependable and trustworthy.

A professional from the team arrived and even though it was clear that the original builder would be handling the repairs, not him, he was still enthusiastic to climb a 4th floor roof to carry out a thorough inspection.
