We came to Spokane for a medical trip and decided on this hotel based on its proximity to the hospital. The room was clean and quiet, the staff was exceptionally kind, the breakfast was substantial and delicious, and they had a wheelchair available for our use. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you!

Average hotel. We liked the downtown location & the underground parking (extra cost). The room was ok. The beds were a bit firm. It had a good sized cold fridge. The curtains were dated and torn. I always check the sheets & the mattresses in each hotel we stay - I discovered one bed had a previous possible wine spill. Since it was down low, I didn’t say anything to the front desk also because it was late and we were tired from a day of driving. We liked the hotel’s light music in the halls - it made it harder to hear people in their rooms.

Love this downtown Best Western in Spokane. So close to Riverfront park and the walking trails by the river. Lots of restaurants are accessible as well. It's the best location downtown! Hotel was sparkling clean and staff was extra friendly. Room looked updated since we last stayed, but very happy they still have carpeting, not the hard flooring so many hotels have switched to. Also happy they allow our dogs to stay. Full breakfast in the morning gets you going for the day. Doggy biscuits at the front desk and chocolate chip cookies in the evening keeps everyone happy. We'll be back!
