First off we booked this room online to get away. We walk in the hotel to see a sign saying that the pool/hot tub was closed for maintenance. They did not post that online. The lights in the elevator are full of dead bugs. Tried to get into our room one of the keys did not work had it reprogrammed at the desk before we left. Did not get back until after 9pm and got to our room and neither of the keys worked back downstairs to get a key that work and he was off helping other people with that and there 5 other people downstairs with the same problem. The toilet seat was broken and did not flush. We asked for a late check out and the guy at desk said he can't give us an answer that we would need to check tomorrow at 9 am. The walls are dirty walking down the hall ways and the carpets need cleaned as well. Sorry to say but this is a poor representation of Best Western. When I asked for a refund they said we used the amenities and they would not do that.
