The front desk staff is absolutely rude. First thing when I get here to check in, I'm told I have to pay an "early check-in fee" even though the room is already clean and ready and the hotel is 99% empty. Then later that night I noticed that the "temporary" hold on my company credit card shows a pending charge, so I go down to the front counter and ask for a copy of the receipt that showd the pending charge and the guy behind the counter argues with me saying there is no charge and tells me I need to learn the different between a pending hold and a charge. I tell him I know the difference but I have to have a receipt that shows it's pending or my card will get shut off in 3 days (it's stupid but that's how it works), he tells me because we booked with a 3rd party he cant give me a receipt. After continuing to argue with me and telling me I don't understand, he finally emails me a copy of something a receipt of the sort of charge. I'm said, finally, that's works, thank you,
I will say the hotel itself is very clean and very nice, and the rooms are very nice and clean as well.
