Extremely Disappointing Stay – Room 331 Issues
I stayed at this hotel on the night of August 15th, checking out the morning of August 16th. Unfortunately, my experience was far below what I’ve come to expect from a Best Western.
The issues with room 331 were numerous and serious. Upon arrival, the room was unbearably hot at 80 degrees and took a full 7 hours to cool down to a comfortable temperature. Worse yet, the room was in a state of disrepair:
For a $270 room, this is completely unacceptable. I didn’t bring these issues to the night staff’s attention because they were unkind and unapproachable. Instead, I chose to stick it out, but this was a miserable experience.
I tried to address these concerns with the management after my stay by calling, but I never received a response. I find it disheartening that my concerns have been ignored, especially considering the seriousness of the issues.
This is not the standard I expect from Best Western or any hotel. I was hoping to resolve this privately, but since I haven’t been contacted, I feel I have no choice but to share my experience publicly.
