The location is perfect and the staff was very welcoming and attentive to our needs . The breakfast is the best hands down, Lois & Michelle, serve the mouth watering omelets that are customized to guest. They are very pet friendly and honestly I felt at home here I definitely recommend it.

The room was clean and well cared for. AC was much needed and greatly appreciated. Location is perfect for what we need. Pillows were very used and lumpy. 3 star for customer service was for the continental breakfast and service. Breakfast was until 9 a.m. (which should be 10 am like it is on the weekends.). At 8 am, they were out of potatoes, scrabbled eggs, and coffee. Breakfast Options were minimal, though my husband had a cook to order omelet, he said, was delicious. The cook seemed overwhelmed, and when told about the items that were out, she said she would try to get them replenished. I felt bad for her as she looked like someone let her down, but she never said. It could have been poor scheduling or someone called out sick. Front desk was excellent 5 star for them. She had a line of people and handled everyone but did say she never has a line during the day when people are in the office for back up. Check is after 3pm. I would say scheduling may be an issue again. Should have at least 2 people there during check in times. Again feel for the employee who is not getting the help needed.

Great hotel rooms were very nice and the complimentary breakfast was great. They make omelets or you can just get snack foods like muffins or cereal. Front desk was very helpful and to top it all off they offer military discount which was above average that I have ever received. I highly recommend staying with them if you’re in the Lewiston Clarkston area.
