I’m not sure we will be staying there again. Zero accountability for misinformation when booking the reservation. Over $300 and a surprise $100 holding fee for two nights of inadequate sleep, and a lack of professional decorum on the part of the male desk staff was a 2 star experience for a supposedly 3 star hotel. I would rather pay a little more for a comfortable bed, better amenities, and a more welcoming staff. I’m guessing they give service equal to their rate of pay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Tumwater Olympia Inn. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were great! The breakfast exceeded our expectations. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hot tub room was clean, and the workout room was full of top-of-the-line machines and the temperature in the room was nice and cool! All in all, a great experience.

front desk staff was very helpful, friendly. The services, hotel room and breakfast was what I expect from Best Western. Clean, comfortable and where I wanted to be when on the road. We did not use the hot tub. It was right off the fitness room and was small. Breakfast choices contained hot and cold options
