My company, Kasper Creek Construction &Management, hired Better Built LLC to complete roofing and siding for a project we're doing constructing townhouses in Potlatch, Idaho. We found their crews to be competent, professional, and driven to a quality, well-built fibal product. In spite of terrible weather during the installation, Jacob and his crew pushed hard to get the job done, and I am happy I chose them to help me get this done. We recently had our house resided by Better Built LLC. I can’t express how pleased we were with the final result. Jake was an absolutely pleasure to work with. He explained our options, the product and process to us up front and gave us an amazing price. He was always available if I had questions and the finished product was detailed and beautiful. His team was very professional, hard working and pleasant. I was amazed how fast they completed our project. I never heard them swearing outside my home and they were always happy to say hello back to me and explain what they were doing if I asked. Each day they left the site spotless before they went home too! I can’t say enough good things about Jake as a person. Halfway through our project I got a text from him telling me he had noticed my garage door was broken and had called the garage door company he works with to have them replace my garage door opening unit and tighten up all the hinges on the door so it would work again. He said it was free of charge and to have a Merry Christmas! I would absolutely recommend Better Built LLC to anyone and plan to use them on our future projects.
