My mom has gone their for ages. She won’t leave because he’s convienent and rarely ever gives her medical suport (which she loves because she gets “anxiety”) . All he does is ask about buying her house almost every visit.Everyone in the office is very unprofessional and rude. There is no communication between patients and their support health staff. Everything is old and outdated in the office. The receptionist are also very rude and unprofessional and have no education on what they are paid to do. They will charge you for any medical paperwork you need filled out for patients. Someone needs to report Dr. Mcnaughton he’s a joke!!! (My mom has only ever dealt with Mcnaughtons medical team not Dr. Betteridge) only nice professional person is Pamela on Mcnaughtons medical staff.

Dr. McNaughton is wonderful. He likes to get straight to the point and has an honest interest in finding out what's wrong. The staff is nice.
The only thing I don't care for is the wait can sometimes be long and the decor of the office is old. However that does not change the fact that Dr. McNaughton is wonderful and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Both doctors truly care about their patients. Dr McN. Is exceptional. They are old school and use hand written charts which is nice in this day and age. Nurses are friendly and helpful.
