We contacted Betty Fernandez regarding selling our home. She asked me why my husband and I wanted to sell. I told her because we could use more space. She responded "well one of you is going to die, then you'll have all the space you need and have it all to yourself." I found her comment to be reprehensible and utterly appalling. Be very leary of this individual!

I met Betty Fernandez recently when my elderly mother decided to sell her home of 50+ years. Betty was instrumental in it being sold in a matter of days. She respected my mother's wishes to sell it as-is. It had some termite damage and was in need of a new roof. Betty took all that into consideration and priced it accordingly and it sold quickly--a cash transaction no less! Betty is a seasoned professional who knew how to make this happen. She is also a very genuine and caring person as she had my 96-year old mother's interests at heart as she transitioned to an assisted living facility. Apparently some bidders of the property wanted to go less but Betty stood her ground on the home's value and potential and actually got a better price in the end. She walked my mother through every step and went the extra mile to make this happen expeditiously. Once mom relocated, Betty gifted her with a beautiful new bedding set and service which was very generous, welcomed and appreciated by mom--she loved it. I would highly recommend Betty Fernandez. She knows her stuff and is a real professional who will get the job done.
