First time getting anything done for my skin and it was the best experience I could have ever asked for! The booking process was super easy, and check-in was seamless. Wendy who was working the front desk was really sweet and accommodating. Carolyn who was working on my skin was very down-to-earth and exceedingly fun to chat with, had great knowledge and recommendations. Asked what products I was using, made suggestions on my retinol usage, etc. Super personalized and very helpful (: 10/10 definitely recommend!
