Poor diagnostic skills. Office staff: poor people skills. If you do not use their facility to buy (overpriced) contacts or frames, you are invisible. Good luck getting an appointment in any reasonable time. If you have an emergency, they do not care. Keep looking.

I had the most horrible experience in this office, first the Dr. Stoll check my eyes and told me I need new prescription and nothing wrong was going on with my eyes that was normal as you aged . But I was not convince I had my eyes check by another DR. He was very professional and thorough he took two hours and he did all by himself only his assistance and him they told me I was at he beginning of glaucoma and I needed treatment and this was in South America in Peru and he told me to go to UCLA and have an appointment with the chief of Glaucoma DR. Caprioli . I just upon my return I make a visit to Dr. Stoll and told me what the dr. in Peru had told me he decided to check me again and then he said to me : yes , you have glaucoma and you have only two years to see and then you will go blind. How vicious and mean someone could be and on top Dr.Peter Cornerll another cruel person( If you call a this kind of man a person ) told me never to step into their office again. That was on the 2015 it si now 2017 and thanks to the grace of Gd I still can see I found a wonderful Dr. and I am being treated as a human being and I can steel as you can tell because I am writing this letter. Thanks to my wonderful DR. But Peter J Cornerll Optical Inc Stoll they are inhuman people they only go for the star and flashy so superficial and they are a money making machine I did not sue and I did had enough evidence because they will pay sooner or latter at the end of their lives .

I found the staff to be delightful. They were professional and treated me like a valued customer and patient. The equipment is top notch and both the doctors I saw were knowledgeable and explained to me exactly what they were doing for me. I cannot be any happier. Truly eye care for the 21st century.
