Russell and his team are incredible! Reliable, knowledgeable, GREAT customer service...from helping me decide on the perfect gun for me, explaining what the next steps in this process are, answering all my questions patiently and completely - I couldn't be happier. No long lines - private location - one on one attention! SO happy I found them!!

I have not enjoyed this experience at all. I purchased my firearm online and had it transferred to BHG. To begin, this business rarely answers its phone or returns phone calls, even though it meets with clients by appt only. When you show up, due to lack of response, you enter into an office full of people, inadequate seating, and an undetermined wait. The business is understaffed so nothing gets done in a hurry, if at all.
