My dentist Dr. Frawley is located at 8920 Wilshire Blvd and used the valet service from ABM V Parking LLC and had a really bad experience. I drove my car to level P-1 on 4/5/23 to the valet area and gave my keys to a valet attendant to park my car while I was having my teeth cleaned. After the appointment I paid for my parking and waited for a valet attendant to bring my car to the valet pick up area. The valet attendant named “Brandon” (later discovered he lied about his name) drove my car to the pick up area and was swinging my keys while walking towards me and dropped them on the cement, breaking the key FOB both key shell and computer chip inside right in front of me. Willy the supervisor apologized and took the pieces of key shell and computer chip to try to put them together in an office. He returned with the key and gave it back to me and said he tried his best but the key was previously broken (I replaced my key at LA Best Locksmith on 2/10/2021). I then got inside my car and it wouldn’t start. My key fob computer chip was broken therefore disabling my car. The supervisor then walked over and gave me a $50 bill for the key damage and when I let him know my car wouldn’t start he stated that it was my starter or gas pump and that it wasn’t their fault. I started crying and called AAA to arrange a tow and the AAA agent advised that it’s the computer chip that is broken which is what disabled my car. I let Willy the supervisor know this and he and “Brandon” offered me a $100 bill to cover the damage. That amount wouldn’t cover the cost of the key replacement (it was $450 for a new key without a computer chip), so I gave them back the cash and returned the next day on 4/6/23 to submit a claim report to Rahul the general parking manager. He advised me that there is no guarantee that the cost of the key replacement would be covered by their insurance company. I was then denied reimbursement by the parking insurance company. After appealing the denial twice I received an email from Claim Support stating they will send me a check for $150 to cover the damages. I respectfully declined as I had already paid $475 out of pocket to replace a key that I never broke. I’ve spent over $700 at this point replacing the key, filing court documents, and serving them. Zero sta rs from me - I would not recommend anyone park at the ABM V Parking LLC lot at 8920 Wiltshire Blvd, Beverly Hills, 90211
