Saw an online ad, so I inquired. They called and offered me a slot for tomorrow. Asked for a credit card to secure the reservation. I didn't have my cc with me. I called back but kept getting the machine (at least 5x). Finally spoke to someone and told them I had two Groupons: one for me, one for a friend. The first treatment (Hyrdodermabrasion), they don't offer anymore so I have to just refund from Groupon. The other treatment (RF), they said I needed at least five treatments. This was not mentioned when they first called. I asked if I could schedule anyway just to try it out. They said yes but they have no opening until NEXT TUESDAY.
They clearly treat Groupon customers differently because when they thought I was a cash customer during the first call, they had an appointment as soon as tomorrow. Suddenly, because I was using a Groupon, they don't have one for a whole week.
Bad business.

I am so excited and inspired now. It’s magnificent and I am always thrilled with the talent level here. These girls and Dr. Handel are sweet as sweet can be.
