I've called this business several times over the last couple weeks to try and schedule Janitorial services since they have great reviews. I've left voicemails and never get my calls returned. Twice I've called and someone has answered the phone and while saying "hello, is this Bewley's Cleaning" I don't get any kind of reply and I get hung up on. This isn't any kind of way to run a business and I don't appreciate being hung up on when someone is clearly on the other line listening to me but can't be bothered to assist me.

We had hired Bewley's Cleaning for commercial janitorial services in Palo Alto, CA. The staff was very courteous and polite. Awesome service provided by their team. We would highly recommend our friends to use the services provided by Bewley's Cleaning. We are extremely happy with their cleaning work. In future, we will definitely hire them for other cleaning work.
