I’m heartbroken to write this, but I feel it’s important to warn others. On August 7, 2024, Bez Valley Pest Control came to my apartment, and by the next morning, $2,000 that I had saved was gone. The only people in my home were the pest control technicians—one inside and one outside.

As a single mom of two, this loss has been devastating. I contacted the company immediately, but the owner was dismissive and refused to take responsibility. He admitted that the employee inside my home was new, part-time, and hadn’t undergone a background check. When I asked for the employee’s name to include in a police report, the owner refused. Instead, he laughed off my concerns.

I’m still reaching out to my apartment manager, but with the owner’s attitude, it feels hopeless. Please be careful—Bezz Valley Pest Control is neither trustworthy nor compassionate. I would not recommend letting them into your home.
