My package says that it has been sitting at the Sumner WA fulfillment center for a week now. Before it said it was out for delivery but it never said it was ever out for delivery now it just keeps saying that its running late. Amazon fulfillment center sucks at doing their job. I'm done buying anything from amazon because it seem like this always happens.

Ordered and paid for a garden box and received a fake silk ugly scarf. Most expensive ugliest scarf I've ever seen. Total scam. Company or person over this needs to be taken down and BUSTED! Company name on bank statement says Zonkloop. Their Zonking everying for sure. So sad and disappointing so many dishonest people out there.

Is this entire fulfillment center just a joke? I ordered a large order which was broken into 5 packages on a Thursday with promised one day shipping thanks to the fact that I pay for Amazon Prime. Four of my packages were delivered without issue either by the Amazon Locker 200 feet from my front door or to my door yet one never came. We called and weren't given any solid answers other than it would be there the next day, being Saturday. No package Saturday, I call again, am told the same thing and that it would be there Sunday. No package Sunday, call, repeat, I'll get it Monday or Tuesday (Monday was a holiday) or would at least receive a call Monday if it wouldnt be able to be delivered due to the holiday. No package or call on Monday, no package on Tuesday. My package was estimated to be delivered by 9PM so I called at 7:30 to allow time for it to still be delivered. Then I'm told that they dont even deliver after 5PM. These items were needed for a very expensive international trip which we had to pay to postpone due to the package still not being here. I'm now being told that it cant even be guaranteed that it will be delivered tomorrow and there is no option to go pick it up. The entire order was well over 400$ and this package alone is over 70$. Apparently multiple drivers have "attempted" to deliver this package and all of them have ignored the included delivery instructions to either give it to the reception office right next to the Amazon Locker or to our door 200 feet away. At this point, it sounds like there hasn't even been a real attempt to get this package to us or that their entire team of drivers are simply incompetent. I really hate being the person to leave a bad review but this entire situation has us out hundreds of dollars due to having to reschedule plane tickets because of this package issue. Maybe this will finally get someone's attention or at least be a warning to others to avoid this facility at all costs.
