Can't thank you enough for your inspiring and wonderfully humorous presentation on the Providence of God and America at BB. Interesting, that Michal Medved (an erudite Jew) played his history lesson on the same topic a couple of days earlier. Even skeptics can't doubt the doubt they are doubting – ergo, they think (exist). It follows that 1. truth is knowable and 2. the opposite of true is false (exist vs. non-exist). Ultimately, theology, religion, and science are not contradictory – that is, idolatry is fundamentally a heart and mind problem. All idolatry begins with both bad philosophy and ethics. State of the art science accredits Moses and Jesus (ending in point 3: theism is true). What about false forms of theism? Prominently, Mohammad's tribal moon idol is the religion of the sword and extols the opposite of Moses and Yeshua (the Royal Law - love God and neighbor). You can't judge any view by its abuses; but "the sword" is not an abuse of Islam, which none dare call idolatry. Peaceful Muslim's dodge and redefine Islamic war verses and misogynist evils. Show me a verse in the Koran that teaches unconditional love for Jews, Christians, or even Muslims. Thanks for your tireless service Dr. Hoyle......mt
