Well, I don't know yet? My 3 month old Maverick Hybrid had a sensor come on. Powertrain failure, reduce power. So I called Bickford and they advised not to drive it. So it was towed by Eagle City Towing (really nice company) and the Bickford service schedule is six weeks out due to staff shortages. They did rent me another truck, a Nissan Frontier from Enterprise which I'm really starting to love! So ask me when I get my Maverick back, lol.

Gentlemen working in the Parts center was absolutely brilliant in his customer service. Prompt, super friendly and genuine. He offered advice on how I can install my part or easily. Definitely gave creedence to the reputation that Bickford seems to enjoy with so many.

Sent the truck in for recall work. Also asked them to take a look at my cv boot and see if my issue is under warranty. They didn't reply to me about the warranty question said the boot didn't look bad and their price quote for repair was x3 more then my local trusted mechanic. Got home and my issue had compounded was worse then the phone call implied. I am Firefighter that needs my rig to get me to work. Maybe the sales department is fantastic but the service person i spoke with was not.
