This business was purchased from the previous owners years ago, and since then their customer service has gone trom excellent to zero. From my purchases, I had earned $100 credit towards my next purchase or service and when I tried to use it I was told I don't have any credit, and they don't even fix flat tires if the bike wasn't purchased from them. There is no sign on the door of what their hours of operation are and they don't pick up the phone when you call, so l had to drive to their location just to be told I don't have a credit and they won't help me with my bike. The store was completely empty apart from us and we did not feel welcome by the employee. I do not recommend this place, and I recommend anyone bring their business to Alan's Bike Shop on the Coast Highway as they don't turn down any customers and are always happy to help.
