BidMagic Software

Horrible support, I've had well over 100 crashes in the last 6 months. They don't respond to support tickets or call you back. Very basic feature like copy and paste for some menus don't work. Sometimes on boot up it takes 10 to 15 minutes before the program even opens. Bidmagic never does maintenance on the logs causing the program to bottle neck and hardly work. We burn 3 times the time it should take to get a proposal done. Stay far away from this software.
