I have a car stereo shop in north California, I been dealing with them for 15plus years. they provide good service, the best warranty policy and the best whole prices, People has to understand that they are not a retail warehouse, they only do wholesale, so if you trying to get a car audio system for your car you need to visit one of your local car stereo shops in your area.

Big5 has great customer service Carlos is the best , love that they got all the top name brands to order ds18, sundown, deafbonce, prideaudio and more.

I have attempted to do business with Big 5 several times now over the course of two months and have been unsuccessful. They do not answer emails. I contacted Carlos the sales rep over the phone to inquiry about a large order and he said he would call me back and never did. Still waiting for a call back after two weeks. Incredibly unprofessional and I am shocked how they expect to do B2B when they do not value customers that are wanting to contribute to their distribution. Go else where for your car audio supplies.
