Was at the store yesterday, and the service was the worst I've ever seen at a Big 5. I had to hunt somebody down to help me in the shoe department. When I went to look at baseball caps, which were stored behind glass, nobody came to help me even though I asked and was told to wait there. If the store was crowded, this would be understandable, but there were almost no other customers.

Let me tell you I have never experienced such great customer service as I did shopping at this Big 5 store #292 in Tulare, CA! The manager Abraham and his staff were absolutely wonderful in assisting my mother and I with a fairly difficult purchase. I haven't been to a Big 5 in years but I will 100% be shopping there from now on for all my camping, outdoor and sporting needs! Who needs Walmart when you've got Big 5!!
