me and my family went shopping on 05/19/2023 one of the employees wearing yamaka who help us with the shoes is awesome! but there's one of the employees that have pimple all over his face is very lazy, walked slow, making very upset faces when asking questions which is very simple questions such as "what's the price?, do you have more sizes in stock?", it took him 15 minutes to walk around 10ft. spaces to find a product, he just walk around in circles. to be honest, seem like he's on drug and high as a kite

Staff are totally inattentive but perhaps that is a reflection on management? Store in chaos so allow time to find what you are looking for. This only applies to Corte Madera location as I’ve been happy at other Big 5 stores.
