i was simply asking about the prices on pokemon cards near the counter that were behind glass. I dont know if this lady, Lisa, was the store manger or something but she made me very uncomfortable. As she was opening the glass door to get the cards she became very paranoid (as if i was going to steal the cards or like if i had an nasty cough which i didnt) that i was standing a foot away from her and she had a very passive aggressive attitude towards me and my friend who were waiting to get the cards as she kept telling us to get away from her, when we were already at a normal distance from her? It was very uncomfortable being “helped” by lisa and i dont think ill ever visit again!

Above and Beyond!!! I was looking for a specific New Balance shoe. I searched everywhere but unable to find them. I finally went to Glendale Big 5 and the customer service was awesome. The manager, Ken, took my information and said he would find them for me. It might take some time, but he would find them. A couple weeks later, I received a phone call that my shoes were there and ready for pick up. I was very happy and so grateful to Ken and the staff at Big 5. Thank you😊

Less than one star for LISA the rudest "customer service" employee!!!! She should be fired!!! Talking to customers like we are idiots!!!! Extremely condescending tone for us as we were just trying to make small talk while she rang us up. Thinks that abrasive thank yous and come agains are with ABSOLUTE disdain in her voice. LISA YOU SUUUUUUCK!!! GET A NEW JOB!!!!!
