Always helpful staff. Looked for a pair of walking shoes and I enjoyed browsing a nice selection. Even though this is the closest sport store to the house, for some reason it is not my first thought. The merchandise selection is good, service fantastic, quality is fine name brand stuff. I am sure I would spend more here if they did a little better marketing.... like the Kohl's Crack wife gets every month along with the BBB 20% off coupons that we have literally 50.

The best Big 5 Sporting Goods store is in Yorba Linda, CA. Staff here are extremely helpful and have the best customer service I've experienced, especially during the holidays and during their sales. They pretty much always have what my kids need for soccer and baseball. I can usually find quick little gifts here too. This store is fully stocked, especially during their sales. There's always plenty of parking too, very spacious plaza for this location in Yorba Linda. Thank you for your excellent customer service! You guys are the best!

This is an ok Big 5. It just depends on the associates. Some are helpful, some just have there heads up there... If you get the right person to help you it's great, otherwise they won't give you the time of day. Almost all products are in stock. It's a clean store. Not a huge selection for live bait. But, a nice selection for sports equipment, especially for kids. And a decent selection for active shoewear.
