Been good to us (property owners) since the 80's. I have over that time been in various financial positions and whether good or bad, they have almost always helped me out. The one time they did not and I had to complain it was handled promptly. They work hard for little pay so give em' a break.

This company has a bad practice of actively trying to deny property owners their water rights. They will out right lie to you and tell you don't have water rights when they KNOW you do. Nice try. They are also land grabbing at every opportunity. Very dishonest management. It's just plain wrong to deceive properties owners of their rights. Criminal and greedy corporation IMO. I've seen them do this too often to be an honest mistake too... repeat offenders. Very self serving. Can't wait until they get sued... they will deserve every ounce of what is coming.
